Saturday, August 30, 2003 3:56 PM   Mmmm, SF! It is slowly getting sunny and warmer here. The temp was about 61 a few mins ago but now its warming up, a bit. We are prob gonna go do some shopping, my friends Kevin, Sarah, Drew, Carli and I. We may meet up with my college bro, Barclay who produced the INTELLECT DVD. Anwyay, perhaps I will get to go to Marin County where I was born. Perhaps I will blow all the money I earn tonight at the gig on some frivilous designer clothing that I fall in love with. Anyway, more rants later. :) N Friday, August 29, 2003 3:09 AM   WOW! What a couple of weeks we have had here in Philthydelphia and all around the world. I have been in paradise beach scenarios, Hell's Angels' campgrounds on a Canadian island, and, the highlight that I will discuss more later on, I have flown in a Cessna 401 (or 410...I forget) 6 passenger commercial airplane where one lucky passenger got to sit shotgun with the pilot. Pretty sweet! Santo Domingo is great, I recommend visiting it. Warmth, sun, excellent value for the US dollar, and a fun casino game called Keeno make for a lovely time down there. Not to mention, of course, the very friendly party people, and the very friendly security people everywhere with shotguns or automatic rifles making sure the gas stations and grocery stores were safe. "Thanks boys!" Anyway, the party at the abandonded water park was really cool. People were going off and absolutely enjoying techno techno techno. They liek it hard down there and I love to play hard, so.... love at first sight! Rumor has it that the promotion crew paid a massive $200 US for the park for three weeks. I'm sure they spent a ton more than that on their armed security force guarding the entrance to the event but it all went off smoothly and was a lot of fun. More soon. I swear! I had an amazing time in Santo Domingo. That place is beautiful and the weather was so lovely. I'm three shades darker. So this weekend I look forward to the travel schedule from hell: Philly to Seattle, Seattle to Vancouver, and then some kind of ferry or ride to some small town in Canada for a festival. THEN, I play and turn around to get back (via ferry or ride or some shit) to make a 10 am flight from Vancouver to Seattle, to then sit in the airport for 3 hours before flying home. Monday, I am at Tronic Treatment. I'm psyched to see lots of NYC friends as I haven't been up there in ages. However, I hear the spuds haven't promoted at all for Tronic so that means the numbers should be down. Let's hope its busy. Ta ta for now. Friday, August 15, 2003 1:48 PM   HOLY BLACKOUTS, BATMAN! Wow. We had one in Philly on Tuesday and now there has been one in NY, TO, Cleveland, Detroit and all over the Northeast. Sux to be there. Anyway, looks like I may not be making it up to NYC tonight to my lounge gig at Likwed (113 Ludlow). I will let you know but most likely not. :( Oh well. I will just get some good sleep before I head to Dominican Republic. WOOHOO! I love the summer! :)
