WOW! An amazing weekend in Phoenix....I'm trying to come down slowly as I arrive back into reality. Usaiways makes it easy by losing my luggage for 10 hours. That's a great reception along with the icy coated sidewalk at my apt. Two hundred things to do tomorrow and i'm home watching the big fat bachelor show. Its agonizing. :) I have several vinyl projects to mix down tonight and then tomorrow its back to the grind for CD releases for 04 so I'll make this brief as I update the 611records and nigelrichards web site galleries. ta ta.

HOWDEE! Welcome to 2004 (my official belated greeting). Ready for a positive one? I'm ready for moving forward. In many ways, can't get much worse than last year for the music business. I've redirected and refocussed quite a bit. Plenty of releases out of my camp this year too. I've begun to fill the DJ schedule up a bit and that feels good. Much better than when there are empty Saturdays. OUCH! Also, my newest passion, SKIING! Ive now been three times. Twice on our Alaska trip and once in the Poconos here in PAAAAh. Its so fun. Im going again in Vancouver next weekend after my Portland, OR gig and again in Feb in Vermont! Woo hoo! See, I think the ticket is to have warm clothes. Then, the winter sports are really a blast. Thanks to the winter trip to Alaska in December, I now have all the necessary psychotic winter warfare gear and i'm chilling when its ducking below zero plus windchill on the slopes. :) So, I'll see you all there soon. I'll be the guy who went down the Expert slope instead of the Intermediate by accident and is falling a lot. I just cut accross as much as possible to avoid going too fast. He he. Any ski instructors out there got any pointers? Or even better skiiers than 3 times in their lives? Well, please speak up and email me::
