Wow, folks. Gigs are absolutely amazing this summer. I feel the 'scene' coming back. That sure is good news. Tonight I hope for the good gig again in Virginia Beach. The overzealous early ride is here 20 mins ahead of time. DOH! I had to finish the blog banter before I rolled. You people come first! :)

So, after this, it may be a ltitle while before I post again.... no, rather, change that. HA HA! Journal style. I will write things and hopefully have no problems posting them from the internet cafe on the ship I will be cruising on. So, wish me luck and that I wear enough sun tan lotion. Oh, wish me luck making my 6 am flight in 7 hours after the gig so I don't miss that cruise. It's my family, well, one half. I am very excited, though. I have never been on a cruise.

I do need to mention what an amazing event the NASA reunion party in NYC was. Slammin energy and great crowd. I was in and out cause I wanted to get home but I had fun playing and as I wandered the club, it seemed like the good ol' days. People were getting excited when a new track came in. It was the same very fresh feeling we all once shared when this 'scene' was new. Maybe it's been reincarnated.

Talk to ya!
By the way, check out the-obar.com galleries. I've been updating! :)

Well, well, well, quite a weekend this weekend. Good times fo sho! Caveman experience in the middle of no where was really fun. I mean... it was amazing! Awesome party. This place was in the middle of somewhere in Illinois and there were about 5 sound systems, thousands of people camping and a main stage carved out of a huge cave. It was an awesome experience and my photos will prove this. I promise to upload them in the next couple of days. :)

FINALLY, I have uploaded the gallery section! YEs, forgive me. Been busy with theletterobar.com, the web site and the actual bar! :) So, peep the Chicago, Madison, and MORE galleries!

Last night I played in NY at Sullivan room for a Matterform tech-house jammy. Twas fun. Sullivan room is always nice. It was really great seeing lots of old friends that I used to see more often or had moved from Philly. Only bad thing was, since I played from 2:30 till close, although it was a Saturday, most of them are OLD (like me) and they had to roll out. The last person actually left as I sent my gf back to the hotel in a cab. So I entered the club with none of my friends in there. It's all good. There were plenty of good people there having a few drinks and ready to party. I'll be back there on Monday for the last or almost last Tronic Treatment. That should be a blast too. I'm playing with John Aquaviva and Christian Smith. It should be a blast. So, if you are in the NY area, please do come by and be rowdy.

:)

OK, OK. I know I have slacked quite a bit with the weblog jjournal. This is true. However, in my defense, I have been busy with theletterobar.com. Go check it out. Galleries a flowing! It's my new spot in West Philly right off the Penn campus also close to Drexel. It's really exciting having a bar spot. It's fun. I love to host and send shots to good customers... be sure the DJ doesn't blow the system ( HA HA I am on the other side now! LOLOL). I love it. My friend Sean did the design and the construction crew of Sean, Pat, Mass, Billy, Ron, Rob and yes, even Matt was a real help! We got it finished in time to open for a smashing weekend June 18. Now we chug through the summer. Some nights are great, some are medium to great as the population in that area is very low during the summer. I do have confidence in the spot and I have met some really great peeps up there already. We will do private parties and all kinds of fun stuff in that piece. As for gigs, I cant believe it. They just keep getting better and better. Last weekend was DC and RI and they were both so much fun! WOW! Our scene may be coming back! I had a slammin June of gigs. I think July is looing good with a kick off at Bang tonight in Philly. I'm doing the 'honor' of closing out the party. Not sure if I am psyched or what since its 5-6 am! Prob most of my friends will roll out before that but perhaps I can send the tweakers home with a positive feeling after I rock them out with some polka tunes! TTYL!
