Myspace? Yea, they are up to 25 million people.... WOW! Insane, right? Whats even more insane is that the holding company that owns them sold to Rupert Murdock (sp?) for $580 million! Looks like interesting internet ideas still do pay off, eh? WOH! LOLOL

So, if you are addicted like most of us, please look me up:

Its been such an amazing time up here in Alaska. I have basically been grazing in the back yard, studying my real estate book and intermittently thoroughly enjoying nature. Two days ago I was swinging on a hand tram above a 100 foot gorge. Then I daringly climbed across the rushing river on a tension cable, hand over hand. Good times. Had a blast! Concluded the 5 mile hike with a 3.5 mile run. Yep.... my legs are hurting but its all in good fun. What to do next? Who knows! Maybe i will just settle for another meal of massive alaskan king crab legs... the meat came out the size of sausages! The legs had to be 20 inches long! MMMmmmm yummy! :)

Yes, my friends, it is 10pm in Anchorage Alaska and yes, it is completely sunny out. I am leaving for the club in 30 minutes to go DJ and it's a weird feeling, it being so bright out. I hate to brag but I did just have the biggest Alaskan king crab legs I have ever had for dinner. And here is the best part... they were purchaed at Costco! :) Only in Alaska! The meat inside the legs was almost as thick as..... gutter minds, you! The meat was about 2-3" thick. UNREAL! And so sweet and yummy. WOW!

Earlier today, I was scouring the mags for a cool flight tour that was reasonably priced to check out some glaciers and mountains. No such luck... most were 2-500 per hour, per plane and I am alone. Then as I cruised around the small airport right past downtown Anchorage, I noticed a flight school or two. So, I pulled into one and sure enough, they offered a $49 intro flight of 30 mins. Sure, I didn't get to do all of the sight seeing from the sky I would have liked but I sure did have fun considering that my pilot instructor, Matt, let me run the controls from taxi till landing...INCLUDING TAKE OFF! Yes, I was flying! I was turning, I was climbing and descending and it was really fun! I may even take another lesson tomorrow for an hour. It's STILL cheaper than a flight tour in a similar plane and a hec of a lot more fun since I get to fly the plane! Meanwhile, I just watched on the news that a similar Cessna crashed. Also, another plane crashed and a couple died in denali park. YAY! Two small planes crashed and everyone died and I was experimenting with flight lessons. Good times.

SO, do I climb on glaciers, fly in a sea plane and tour the mountains and glaciers, go fishing for halibut, go scuba diving with the sea lions, rent an ATV for a day, or jump off a gorge and end it all?! :) What to do in Alaska during the summer. I'm so excited. I'm up here for another touch with nature. It really is so beautiful and natural up here. I love it!
