OK, quick note.. for those of you reading this who are from Belgium: For some reason Belgium is now the second most frequently visiting country behind the US for my site. Bizarro! I wonder why but I am very grateful and excited to be exposing the Belgians to some strange Philadelphian debauchery. Talk soon! :)

"so.,... you dont have 462 visitors a day," he replied after she condescendingly snooted how she didnt blog for a living like he did! This was the scenario at my childhood best friend, Rachael's house. Yes, she spells her name incorrectly, folks.... apparently to match her brother Michael. Gee, wasnt Dad creative? Oh, it was Mom, she says. ;) Anyway, I am sitting next to her after a few glasses of wine, having demanded that she download at least ONE of my tracks of itunes.com... GOT HER! :) Cha CHING! I just made FORTY CENTS!!!!!!! If I got paid from the label, System. LOLOL. DOH Anyway.... I think I will soon offer free downloads of the DJ sets, mostly the live ones, so that people can enjoy them in their cars too! :) Say, if you are in Boston or St Louis, I look forward to raging out with you, yo. See you Fri and Sat. What else? I know this entry is rather boring but please remember I am sitting next to a um... slightly ... hmm... er... eh.... shall we say... possibly considered 'stiff' "I DONT DO BLOGS" person... whom I may have converted since I added my blog to her bookmarks bar auto tab and will now set my blog as her HOME PAGE when she opens Safari! LOLOL. Who's laughing now, beyatch! :) Outty!

Black river falls, north central wi

Please note: This is a belated entry. I have been on the road and also on vacation for about a week so please forgive me for not uploading pix and blog entries in a timely manner. WOW. Where to start? Oh geeez. Well, I suppose I will just summarize my past week in this one entry that I am typing while I ride in the shuttle van to the Savannah, GA airport.

In order according to galleries that I will upload, Nothing beats a Tuesday night out after showing clients houses to going to a lovely dinner at a place in South Philly called Mama Maria’s. How fun is a place like this where it’s prix fix and you simply sit and enjoy whatever 7 course meal the world famous chef chooses to bring you. It’s a true shame I didn’t know about this restaurant on my birthday when I ate like two blocks away from there. Anyway, the real fun is that they feed you so well and load you with wine, then desert, and after dinner drinks. The problem is, the after dinner drinks are full bottles of Frengelica, some fancy brandy and like 4 different tasty shot mixes which are all perfect for the pallet at the end of a filling meal. Wow, what a good time we had there. Hence, we chose to continue the party which has been documented and will be on my gallery page. It was truly good times. Antics were in effect as I pranked the gay man by having this bootilicious dancer hit on him and dance with him. He is built like a truck and really looks like a virile dood whom would no doubt attract the lovelies…. So when I told her he was shy and thought she was hot and wanted to dance… sho nuff… she grabbed and they danced! Ha ha! Good times. Next was the female in the group, Kelly. Her ass was grass when I stuck this nice gentlemen onto her since she was feelin’ groovy from the after diner drinks. They too were rocking the dance floor. Then we all pranked the boys who were all over Kelly by telling them we were taking them to a sex club. Curiously, one of them asked what our story was, Kelly and I, and I replied that I sometimes am into her, sometimes into Jose. It depends on my mood. HA HA HA! Boy he was nervous. Then I encouraged him to continue working on Kelly, who actually is just my friend, and we all enjoyed watching them. We actually only took him to a local after hours spot, 125, and he was not harmed by the sex club. Anyway, antics are always good time and don’t come around often enough so…..

Minneapolis was fun…. The air conditioner broke at the Quest and there was some confusion as to the correct venue for the Pimp and Ho party so … DJ Funk and I had to deal with hundreds of sweaty HO’d up ladies dancing. Tough life, we know. So that was a good time as JT always takes care of ya. I did manage to enjoy a very nice night of sleep and luckily escaped the after hours business voting for my posh hotel bed and a glass of water over the blueberry vodka that I was given to continue the party. In the am, some of the local crew and I partook in our tradition at the Good Times Diner, I think that’s what its called, having the humungous omelettes. So slammin! That makes every trip to Minneapolis so worth it! ?

Then, there was the slammin street party in Des Moines, Iowa. Wow! They had it going on there! There were prob 6,000-10,000 people there for the free electronic music festival in the downtown. The streets were blocked off, the bars were packed and the 6 or seven stages were each mobbed with revelers dancing up a storm. The people enjoying the music were newcomers, veteran rave peeps, and full families. It really was a great experience and I’m so glad to have been a part of it. The production crew, 515 Alive, did a nice job and it truly was a success. The best part was that since it was free and corporate sponsored by Scion and some other local companies, there were no money issues for the promoters. WOW! How often does that happen that I get paid like minutes before landing and the promoters are out to dinner with the artists just enjoying themselves and now sweating how many people show up! Lolol. Congrats to them and thanks to Charity for taking such good care of us. She was a great host. I then mingled at the bars for the after hours parties and that was nice…. Before going to Santa Barbara on basically no sleep. Booooo.

So with pretty much only airplane sleep it was off for two crackhead early flights to Santa Barbara for my two friends’ wedding. It was at a lovely home… a very famous 80’s band’s home. I’ll leave it at that. Anyway, the crowd was fantastic as I have loads of friends up there whom it is always a joy to hang with. The wedding was outside as was the reception where Dave Aude, Charles Feelgood, Calvin Riley, John Hogg and I all DJ’d 30 minute sets for the peeps. There was palacial landscape to relax amongst and a fine crowd of well dressed intellectuals and drunken maniacs so the conversation was flowing. Then, we all got back onto the shuttle buses used to get there and went to the Wildcat, which is the club where the bride bar tends and the groom manages. The party continued there with the general public and as far as I can remember, it was a blast. The photo gallery of that will not do the evening justice but it will show a sampling of the debauchery that went on that night. WOW! I truly do love California. People are so much fun, laid back, and some so very interesting. Sometimes I get a lil bummed as many Philly people are so simple and narrow minded. California people…. I don’t know. Maybe it’s the proximity to the ocean… many are just a little more accepting and relaxed. It’s really fun there. Anyway, to live properly in Santa Barbara, one must accumulate 10-15 million dollars first in order to buy the proper home and sports car to zip around the mountains so it will probably be a year or two before I go up there for good. ;)

Then, onto a 6 am flight I went. Somehow. No one but I will ever know but it safely involved taxis to the airport. I had about 5 hours of miserable sleep and I finally arrived in Hilton Head around 11pm Monday. I spent the week there with my loving family, 15 of us, playing tennis, golf, swimming, watching movies, riding bikes and just having fun with my 91 year old grandpop and my lovely step grandmom Arden. Family truly is more important than anything and spending time with them is always so fun. We had cousins’ night of food when all 5 of us cousins cooked the massive meal and I have to pat us on the back, we did a pretty decent job. ? More later. Hope your summer is as fun and productive as mine. :P
